The gal in the Cliffs didn't crack one smile or make us feel welcome. When he got back and told her the number she did nothing with the info, so why did she make a big deal out of needing it? The gals in the buffet were very customer oriented and made our time eating very pleasant. Shayla asked what our license plate number was, I told her I didn't know and she said she had to have it so hubby said I will go and get it. We needed a luggage carrier and she told me to stand next to the door where we waiting a good 10 minutes and then found out that the luggage racks where across the lobby. Shayla wasn't communicating with us, no idea where the elevator was, didn't know which way to turn once we got off on the 4th floor but figured that out. Looks like they are doing their best to keep the birds away. Could not use the patio as it had so much bird poop it wasn't attractive. Not happy with that, so if you like a dark room, get something outside the 4th floor. Nice room! however, it is so dark, not enough light, I suppose its that way so you go to the casino, but not all of us are there for the gambling! The sliding door had a huge triangle shaped window above with out a drape, so the outside lights light up the room at night when you are trying to sleep and the morning sun wakes you early.
